“I can’t believe that people I never knew existed are doing all this and are not expecting anything in return from me!”
These are statements made by two of the homeowners who were recipients of Spring 2018 PIP DAYS. All this was done for neighbors who, because of life circumstances are unable to do the work themselves or cannot afford to hire someone to do it for them. All this was done for our Savior, Jesus Christ. (Matthew 25:34-40)
Other volunteers provided snacks, water and Gatorade, fruit, cookies, sandwiches, and Popsicles! Many people supported PIP DAYS by their prayers. As a result of PIP DAYS, these homeowners have received a gift of love; they now have new hope and a renewed pride in their

There are numerous copies of Sunday School / Bible Study materials and motivational books on the shelves in the church office. We are planning to clean out these shelves and were wondering if any of you would have interest in any of these books. Please come by the office during regular business hours (Monday – Thursday 8:30-4:30) if you may be interested. You are welcome to take what you like and keep them for yourselves or store them in your Sunday School classroom. The shelves will be emptied the first week of May.

First Methodist School Honors Parents!
Mrs. Connie’s Tue/Thu 3 year olds led the chapel lesson last week. They taught us about Exodus 20:12, “Honor your father and mother.” In honor of Mother’s Day, they also shared with us why they love their mothers so much!
We are currently enrolling for SUMMER FUN and the 2017-2018 school year for students ages 1 year – kindergarten. If you know a family with young children, please tell them about our school so they can learn and grow with us!
