“Meet and Greet Betsy” was a huge success
After only a few minutes of rehearsal inside 414, the children moved to the patio to perform for their par-ents and friends. Children’s events—hand bells, choirs, and Kids4Christ—will resume on Sunday, September 13.

Songs For A New World A Musical by Jason Robert Brown Playing at FUMCD at 6:30 on September 12
There is no over-arching plot, no dialogue and no con-sistent characters throughout the evening. The musical consists of songs; every song is about those moments in life when everything seems perfect and then suddenly disaster strikes, in the form of the loss of a job, an unexpected pregnancy, the death of a loved one, the end of a marriage, imprisonment, even suicide. But it’s even more about surviving those moments.
Once again the CASA Quilters came through with beautiful “art work” to be given to the children who are part of the Court Appointed Special Advocates group. Our CASA Quilts ae nearing 1,000 quilts. WOW!
