Healthy Church Initiative Survey
On Thursday, August 24 Healthy Church Initiative (HCI) met to discuss Phase II. A very important part of this is a survey in which church members are encouraged to complete in order to evaluate the health of our church. This survey will be handed out in the church lobby, it is on-line, will be passed out in Sunday school classes and available in the office. If you desire a copy to be mailed, please contact Melissa at 972-298-6121.
If you are a church member, click here for your on-line survey to be completed by Saturday, September 23.
It is very important that you participate.
School is starting August 28th. Remember to give some time each week to help a teacher at Central Elementary School. Contact Betty Dunn at email@example.com or by calling her at 214-534-3039 to get your name on the list! You will be a blessing to the teacher and to the children. In turn, you will be blessed many times over!
Chad Frymire, Program Director for CASA , praised our CASA quilter group for their creative gifts. So far donations total 5,052 quilts and blankets including the 118 donated on Sunday.
