“Project 3.7” still sits on our parking lot packed with all the medical equipment and supplies that will give Cindy and David Ceballos the ability to provide better health care for the Panamanian people.
We are disappointed that the process is taking longer than expected, but God has provided from the inception of our endeavor and He will continue to do so.
As Pastor Frank said, “Ideally it would have been great for the truck to have rolled in March 15th, following the Consecration of the clinic, and driven away with us all watching.” Things don’t always work what we THINK is “ideal” …… Continue to pray.
April 26th will be the CASA Quilters collection day in the Narthex. The abused and neglected children of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) are the recipients of these hand-made quilts and blankets. Members of the church are invited to donate to the collection.
These can be tied fleece blankets, crocheted, knitted or quilted. Sizes suitable for babies through 18 year olds are needed.
The CASA Volunteers are very appreciative, and tell us that ours is the only donation they receive that is specially made for the kids.
If you don’t have a donation, come by the table and look at all the wonderful quilts and blankets that have been made by the CASA Quilters.
